Fyg Model Negative Pressure Type Filling Machine

USAGE & BRIEF INTRODUCTION

The machine, conforming with GMP requirements, a best equipment for quantitative filling of bubble-prone sticky liquid, is suitable to filling for 60---1000ml glass bottles or plastic bottles and capable of completing bottle delivery and filling automatically. The machine mounted with double layer filling heads is characterized by non-liquid overflowing while filling, high efficiency and precise and precise measuring.

The machine adopts the fine processed groove-typed cam which moves bottles upward for sealing and in the meantime opens filling valve so that the liquid flows into bottles from outer layer filling head sunder action of negative pressure while completely absorbing the foam on the upper part of the liquid in bottles from the inner layer filling heads back into storage tank. After the foam becomes liquid it backflows into the storage tank ready for filling so as to eliminate overflow resulting from foaming. The machine which has the advantage of filling stop without bottles, convenient specification conversion, High yield, low noise and easy operation and maintenance is and ideal equipment for large dosage filling.

The machine can run independently and also can be connected to production lines.
