USAGE & BRIEF INTRODUCTION
The machine is used in filling and sealing for 1-20ml ampoules under sterilized conditions.
The machine can carry out the programs of conveying, nitrogen pre-charging, filling, nitrogen post-charging, pre-heating and sealing for 6 or 8 ampoules simultaneously. It has the infinite adjustment and touching screen operation. That can stop filling without bottles and no drop of liquid. The head of filling and sealing clip all can be stopped with high-seat and adjust easy.
This machine adopted the one hundred stage filter and metal-rotate-pump, glass pump for selecting. This machine has the features of easy controlling, adjusting size easy, running stable and rotate-pump precise. It is the first choice of ampoules filling and sealing. It meets the requirement of GMP.
