VIAL BOTTLE INJECTION FREEZE-DRYING PRODUCTION LINE

USAGE & BRIEF INTRODUCTION

This line applies to vials bottles injection freeze-drying production line. It is composed by ultra washer, hot-wind circulated sterilized oven, linear type filling machine, freeze-drying machine (extra disposed), capping machine, lamp-inspecting machine and label-attaching machine, ect. The whole line can automatically complete the procedure of washing, drying, sterilizing, filling, and plugging (full plugging / half plugging), freeze-drying, capping. It can also make up the new production line with lamp-inspecting machine and non-drying label attaching machine.

The host machine is controlled by touching screen and PLC automatic controller. The metal-rotate-pump counts accurate and high efficiency. It meets the requirement of GMP.
