USAGE & BRIEF INTRODUCTION

As the host machine in powder-production line, it is used to fill and plug for various antibiotic bottles and also other related process.

It applies the imported step motor, converter and PLC controller. The whole machine adopted the man-machine table which has the high automation, running easy, filling and plugging automatically characters. It also has the features if the screw stem touch the crust the machine will alarm, no filling and counting without bottles, alarming, record and checking. The hundred layers-flow purge apparatus are fitted on the working table. The touching part with the drug is made of 316L stainless steel. The machine meets the requirement of GMP.
