USAGE & BRIEF INTRODUCTION
This machine is used for 7-25ml antibiotic bottle filling and plugging. It used the Mitsubishi touch screen and PLC process controlling that can appear the motive process. The host machine adopts the infinitely governor that can finish the bottle feeding, filling and track plug pressing automatically.
The table of this machine has the round washing tank and ceramics nontoxic antifriction pump with quick fix and discharge connection head. Track filling is no leaking, and adopt the no isometric screw stem to reduce the noise. The depth of revolving tracking plug pressing is uniformity and the rate of plugging is high. It own the features of simple structure, easy controlling, fast and highly automatic. It is the first choice of the vials filling. This machine can singly produce and connect in line. It meets the requirement of GMP.
